Morning Mix: Take one, mix and match or take them all! Classes will be held on Tuesday & Thursday. Start in the Cycling room for SPEED and will move to the group exercise room for ENDURANCE, POWER, CORE & FLEXIBILITY.
SPEED 8:30 a.m. A fast paced yet straight forward cycling class to get your heart racing
ENDURANCE 9:00 a.m. Fun energetic movements to keep the heart rate elevated
POWER 9:30 a.m. Working with a variety of resistance tools to increase strength of the major upper and lower body muscle groups
CORE 10:00 a.m. Emphasizing the abdominal and lower back muscles from a mind, body perspective
FLEXIBILITY 10:30 a.m. Total Body Stretching designed to keep body agile and increase flexibility |
Absolutely Abs: A half hour of advanced core stability training focusing on the abdominal and lower back muscles.
Jump Start: A high-energy interval class utilizing every bit of equipment imaginable, including the gliding disk. Get it all here: kick-box, high/low, step, dance, plyometrics, yoga, pilates, and tai chi. Are you up for the challenge? Want to build stamina? Have more energy? Then this class is for you!
Power Pump: A pump like no other. An intermediate to advanced total body weight training workout.
Step: Choreographed cardiovascular movements utilizing a step for 35-45 minutes followed by strengthening and stretching.
Yoga: Beginner to intermediate yoga poses tone and strengthen the muscles to promote flexibility. Yoga also balances the nervous system and releases “feel good” endorphins. It is a great way to relax and make the mind-body connection.
Blast: A 30 minute Blast of intense Abdominal, Glutes and Upper Body.
Zumba: A cardio-based workout set to music you can’t help but move to. A full body sculpting and toning class. Don’t miss out on the fun!
YogaLates: A 90-minute class of pilates exercises set seamlessly into a yoga flow. Get the best of both worlds including a delicious 10-minute shivasana at the end. Please feel comfortable coming late or leaving early--just come!
Tai Chi: Tai Chi coordinates mind & body, calming the emotions.
