We offer complimentary, supervised childcare for ages 3 months to 10 years. Childcare hours: Mon-Fri 8-11 a.m., Mon-Thurs 5-8 p.m., Fri 5-7 p.m., and Sat 8:30 - 11:30 a.m. |
Personal trainers working with kids, ages 10-14, on Tuesday/Thursday from 3-4:30 p.m., on fitness, body image, nutrition, cardiovascular conditioning and promotion of a healthy lifestyle. |
