During BODYFLOW an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. RPM™ is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and you can burn up to 675 calories a session**.
With great music pumping and the group spinning as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. RPM is a great way to build up your sense of personal achievement. You can draw on the group’s energy and find your rhythm in the music. You control your own resistance levels and speed so you can build up your fitness level over time.
Exercising muscles around the core, CXWORX™ provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favorite sports - it’s the glue that holds everything together.
All the moves in CXWORX have options, so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. During the 30-minute workout trained instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers. You will also get into some hip, butt and lower back exercises.
GRIT STRENGTH, GRIT ATHLETIC and GRIT CARDIO are 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts, designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and bodyweight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. They take cutting-edge HIIT and combine it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.

For added convenience, we offer virtual classes throughout the day. These are led by Les Mills instructors on our large video screen. Classes include BODYPUMP, BODYCOMBAT, SH'BAM, GRIT, BODYFLOW, BARRE, and CXWORX. Come and go as you please when it fits your schedule!
Barre fitness is a hybrid workout class, combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. Most classes incorporate a ballet barre and use classic dance moves such as plies, alongside static stretches. Barre also focuses on high reps of small range movements. Barre delivers a full body workout, but it is great for strengthening your core and toning your glutes and legs. Because ballet barre is low impact, it's wonderful for those recovering from an injury.
YOGA AND PILATES
To help with your overall strength and flexibility, we offer very popular yoga, gentle stretch, and Pilates classes. Yoga is a Vinyasa Flow Series for all ability levels where movement is synchronized to the breath and balance and concentration are noticeably improved. Gentle stretch classes are 30 minutes of movement and flexibility with an optional 10 minute meditation to close. Perfect to take after a hard class or take it alone if you want a slower-paced day. Pilates produces a strong balanced body, improves athletic performance, and creates healthy movement patterns by building strength, stability, flexibility, control, body awareness, and proper postural alignment.
