Owner / Manager

The fitness industry is a constantly evolving one and Rae’s goal is to keep the club at the forefront in Nassau County. Her #1 job is making people happy. She says, “We want our members to look forward to their workouts here. We want to be the best part of their day… everyday.”

A busy mother of three, TIna’s organizational skills are top-notch.  In addition to sharing her love of fitness by teaching her own classes, she manages the stellar team of instructors here at Club 14 Fitness.  Her goal as GFM is to be a source of inspiration and communication to both members and instructors.

Cori takes away all excuses against exercising.  While rehabing injuries and major leg/hip surgeries, Cori fought hard to earn her certifications and is living proof that when our muscles are used properly, healing occurs.  She brings her great dry humor and personality to every class!

Juvi Coronado is a native of the Dominican Republic and has been a Navy wife since 1987. She has 3 children and 2 beautiful grandchildren. She has been teaching group fitness since 1999 to hundreds of people, from Military personnel to elderly and children.  With certifications too numerous to list, our members love her own creation:  Build-n-Burn, a blend of step, strength, core and balance.

Sarah loves teaching group fitness! She feeds off being around people and is either a hermit or social butterfly, there is no in-between. So getting up on stage is the ultimate high for this girl. Which is where you’ll find her: dancing, acting and singing with any of the local community theaters.
